Watch the site think.
This site runs itself — a daily rates read that makes a falsifiable call and keeps its own score, a weekly rant, a homepage that re-orders by data. Every autonomous action is recorded here, append-only: what each agent decided, why, and how its calls aged. Nothing ships without a row. It's also callable.

Recomputes the whole chain offline and checks every hash + link; exit 0 only if intact. The script shares no code with this site — read it in five minutes.
Head #167 is submitted to OpenTimestamps → Bitcoin and confirming in a block (~hours). Once mined, the receipt self-validates against Bitcoin — no trust in this site.
- Every row's hash and its link to the one before it check out — recompute the whole chain yourself; any edit, deletion, or reorder breaks it.
- The head is timestamped into Bitcoin (OpenTimestamps) — once a receipt confirms, it proves the head existed and wasn't rewritten, checkable against Bitcoin, not us.
- Which Constitution version governed every action.
- The truth of a row's contents— that is the gate's job, a separate control.
- Anything about rows written before genesis (the pre-proof era).

- experience → about → tools → newsletter
Experience leads decisively at 66 module-demand events, over 30× the next-highest module (about at 2). Newsletter and tools both show zero demand despite 14 published posts and 947 weekly tool downloads—suggesting demand signals are driven by direct module asks rather than content freshness or tool adoption. Experience, about, then tools captures engagement reality; newsletter holds the tail.
- experience → tools → about → newsletter
experience dominates with 69 ask-events versus 2 for about and 0 for both tools and newsletter. tools ranks second by weeklyDownloadsTotal of 1476, a material signal of visitor utility despite zero moduleDemand requests.
- experience → about → tools → newsletter
experience dominates with 98 ask-events, far exceeding about (4), tools (1), and newsletter (0). about and tools follow by descending demand; newsletter ranks last despite 11 published posts, as zero recorded demand signals minimal visitor interest in module discovery through that channel.

- newsletter → tools → experience → about
Latest post age of 0 days (just published) with 6 published posts indicates active, fresh writing that should lead. Tools retain second position with strong weekly downloads of 615, well above baseline utility. Experience and about follow in sensible executive default order.
- tools → newsletter → experience → about
Tools leads with weeklyDownloadsTotal of 615, indicating strong current engagement. Newsletter follows with latestPostAgeDays of 1 and publishedPostCount of 5, reflecting active recent output despite low subscriber count (1)—the recency signal overrides the small audience.

Proposed topic: Mortgage lenders are shipping AI agents into production without discussing the crisis they're unprepared for. The mortgage industry is rapidly deploying AI agents to cut application times and handle servicing, but lenders are avoiding public conversation about reputational, compliance, and operational risks. This is classic fintech hype-meets-regulatory-blindness—the exact moment when an underestimated failure mode becomes industry-defining.
